Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

ADX Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates adxpep.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, the name of the laboratory or research facility you are purchasing for, and the contents of any messages you send us.

Payment information. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, referring pages, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. We receive limited information from our payment processors (such as transaction status and fraud signals), our shipping carriers (such as delivery status), and our analytics and advertising providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process and fulfil orders; verify eligibility to purchase; communicate about orders, shipments, and support requests; maintain accounts; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; analyse and improve site performance and product selection; and, where you have opted in, send marketing communications.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract with you (order fulfilment and account management); our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site security, service improvement); your consent (marketing email and non-essential cookies); and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the cart, checkout, and account login. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, and advertising cookies to measure the performance of our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the cart and checkout from working. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf — payment processing, order fulfilment and shipping, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and customer support — and who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services.
  • Legal and safety recipients — law enforcement, regulators, or other parties where we believe disclosure is required by law, or is necessary to enforce our terms, investigate fraud, or protect the rights, property, or safety of ADX Wellness, our customers, or others.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to the transferred information.

6. Data Retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy and to satisfy tax, accounting, and other legal retention requirements — generally a minimum of seven years for financial records. Account information is retained while your account is active. Marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive your information in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email admin@adxelite.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Children

The site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

11. International Visitors

Our operations and service providers are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site where required.

13. Contact
